All Local, State or Federal Police Officers actively engaged in police work within Cochise County, State of Arizona, or Retired Police Officers of the Federal, State or Local level at the time of enrollment are eligible for membership in the Lodge. Huachuca Lodge #28 will only accept applications for membership if your residence is within Cochise County and outside the Douglas Lodge #38 jurisdiction. Once enrolled, membership may be held for life of member as long as dues are paid and he/she is not expelled for any reason as outlined in these Constitution/Bylaws as long as there is no conflict with Arizona State or National Constitution/Bylaws. The FOP offers a legal plan to all FOP members which is a separate entity. Once you become a member of the FOP, you MUST request to join the ALC before you are covered under any legal plan. The plan only covers incidents in Arizona.
