Lawrence "Butch" Boutte
Huachuca FOP Lodge #28 - President
Started his career in Law Enforcement when he joined the Sierra Vista Police Department in 1997 and joined the Fraternal Order of Police Huachuca Lodge #28 shortly after coming on with the Sierra Vista Police Department. Lawrence is married to his lovely wife Yulonda, has 3 adult chirldren and 3 grandchildren. Lawrence served four years (1987-1991) with the US Army working in Military Intelligence as an Electronic Warfare Interceptor/Locator. Lawrence is currently an active member of the Sierra Vista Police Department Serving as the Police Division Commander and an active member of Fraternal Order of Police Huachuca Lodge 28 serving as the Lodge President.
